What We're Doing for Our Patients:
Prior to your appointment:
Patients will receive a call, text, or email (as preferred) from their therapist with the COVID-19 Pre-Screening Questionnaire one day prior to their appointment and are required to complete the questionnaire prior to the start of their appointment. This mandatory screening questionnaire will be asked again upon arrival.
Questions include:
-
Are you experiencing any of the following symptoms:
-
fever, chills, cough, shortness of breath, new muscle aches or headaches, sore throat
-
-
Have you traveled outside of Canada (including the United States) within the last 14 days?
-
Did you provide care or have close contact with a person with confirmed COVID-19?
If you answer "Yes" to any of the pre-screening questions and/or you are feeling ill, you will be asked to re-schedule and self-isolate for 14 days. We recommend that you contact your local health authority at 8-1-1 or visit https://bc.thrive.health/ find out if you or your family members need further assessment or testing for COVID-19.
If you are feeling ill, please contact us to book a virtual session instead or re-schedule. No Cancellation Fees will be charged at this time. Please also self-isolate immediately and contact 8-1-1 for further information and instructions.
During your appointment:
We are implementing the following procedures to ensure you are safe while experiencing the same quality care!
