Claudia is a graduate of The University of British Columbia where she earned her Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology. Now, she is practicing as a member registered with the British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists.

 

Claudia is passionate about helping people reach their goals – whether it is recovering from an injury, reaching a new fitness milestone, or returning to sport/work.

 

During her free time, she likes to stay active by hiking, playing recreational sports, and snowboarding. She also enjoys visiting new restaurants and cafes in the city with her family and friends. 

 

Claudia is fluent in English and Cantonese.
